Hotel El Guía in Sóller opened its doors in 1880 and is one of the oldest hotels and restaurants in Mallorca. Enjoy a hotel that has been fully renovated in 2017 while staying true to its original style.

CUISINE
Ca’s Pentinadó Restaurant
El Guía’s restaurant, Ca’s Pentinadó, is one of the oldest in Sóller and dates back to 1880. It has been recommended and acclaimed from generation to generation (grandparents, children and grandchildren). Ca’s Pentinador serves classic, simple cuisine based on local ingredients: fresh fish, paellas, typical Mallorcan dishes…all prepared using traditional techniques.
It was the first restaurant in Sóller to appear at the Michelin Guide.

Located in Sóller, a town set in the lush valley near the north-west coast of Mallorca, El Guía hotel and restaurant is mere steps from the railway station and the town center. The main square is a popular spot for both locals and visitors to soak up the town’s vibrant and busy atmosphere.
Stunning scenery meets culture and history in the picturesque town of Sóller. The town reached its peak at the turn of the 20th century, when the cultivation and export of citrus fruits to France played an important role and industry contributed to the town’s growth with the launch of numerous factories, most dedicated to textiles, and the completion of the Sóller railway.
