El Guía’s restaurant, Ca’s Pentinadó, is one of the oldest in Sóller and dates back to 1880. It has been recommended and acclaimed from generation to generation (grandparents, children and grandchildren). Ca’s Pentinador serves classic, simple cuisine based on local ingredients: fresh fish, paellas, typical Mallorcan dishes…all prepared using traditional techniques.
It was the first restaurant in Sóller to appear at the Michelin Guide.
